In 2017, I was hit by a car. Before realizing it, a long-term recovery period made its way into my life.
For over a year, I was fully focused on my recovery, in order to be able to do again what I used to love most.
Consequently, Breaking Limits was born. I believe wholeheartedly that the mentality of an athlete is not only to constantly strive for peak performance or to push the limits, but also to come back from a low point in life.
And not just to come back ... but to come back even stronger than before. If I can do it, then you can do it too.
